體能迷失4: 肌力鍛鍊會讓我的肌肉隆起?

有些女性避開重量訓練,是因為她們不喜歡把肌肉變成一塊塊隆起的樣子。然而,肌力訓練是維持健康體重和使身體更強健的重要因素。據研究者所知,以平均而言,女性不會因為進行一般的肌力訓練,而讓肌肉變大。因為,她們沒有足夠的荷爾蒙量,去打造相當的肌肉質量。既使男性要建造肌肉質量,也相當的辛苦,無論男性或女性,必須要經過相當艱辛得鍛鍊,來獲得相當的肌肉質量。
